Derek Adams is a partner and board member, responsible for leading both the strategic direction of the firm and its day-to-day operations. Derek qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience and is one of the founding partners of the practice since its establishment nineteen years ago.

Delivering the highest service levels in the industry is Derek’s first priority. His drive, enthusiasm and commitment, along with a proven ability to build and lead strong management teams, bring significant value to BHA’S Clients.

His broad experience and understanding of the development process enables him to use skills in organising and managing projects from inception to completion. Derek is a qualified RICS APC Chairman and a member of our Chartership Programme Committee.
