Since qualifying, Derek has worked successfully on a variety of projects over many years.
Martin’s experience ranges across the property spectrum and has managed projects for a full range of clients, providing for a full appreciation and insight into the differing values that clients seek to achieve.
Based in Bath, Richard Ward has worked in the South West region for more than 20 years and has extensive knowledge of the region’s construction market.
Becky Gloyn is a Chartered Surveyor. Having been with BHA for over 6 years, Becky has a wealth of experience in advising, estimating, and managing construction costs on behalf of a range of clients.
Keiran has been with the practice for over 25 years. During that time, he has undertaken a full range of quantity surveying activities.
Susan Moore is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience. Susan has provided construction cost management services on a wide variety of projects across all sectors.
Charley is a Chartered Surveyor who has been with the practice for over three years.
Liam Clements is a senior surveyor with the practice. He supports clients across a wide range of projects, working closely with the directors and other members of the team.
Ethan Davidson is an experienced quantity surveyor with a demonstrated history of work in the construction industry. Ethan is skilled in negotiation, construction cost control, and quantity surveying.
Since joining BHA Niall has built on his previous experience in the commercial and fit-out sectors, helping to deliver refurbishments of buildings across a variety of sectors.
Gerrad is an enthusiastic and industrious surveyor who is committed to being a key member of every team he is part of.
Sam is primarily involved in delivering quantity surveying and project management services and has experience across a range of projects in the health and education sectors.
Agne is our office manager who joined us in 2023 and supports our projects and operations in London.
