Martin’s experience ranges across the property spectrum including residential new build and refurbishment, commercial fit-out, institutional investment in retail and industrial, healthcare, education, and infrastructure. Martin has managed projects for private individuals, landlords, tenants & occupiers. This experience provides Martin with a full appreciation and insight into the differing value drivers that clients seek to achieve.
