Fulham Reach

Description Fulham Reach is a residential-led development in which we were engaged as quantity surveyors. The project involved a new build apartment block of 100,000 sq. ft, comprising of 105 units. The mixed-use site featured both residential properties and 40,000 sq. ft of commercial accommodation Every residential unit had access to balconies or terraces. The building included: penthouse suites, basement parking, and ground floor commercial units. The site has distinctly landscaped grounds and is situated along the banks of the River Thames.  

A significant benefit of this project was opening up 150m of previously blocked access to the river front. This created a landscaped public walkway which allows the community to enjoy a new stretch of the river.
