Description – Major project to extend and refurbish footprint within the building. Preparation of 250,000sq ft of banking accommodation from shell and core at Canary Wharf and other Docklands locations. The phase project saw BHA on site over 3 years.
Our role as project managers included security of provisions for disaster recovery support facilities. BHA implemented fast track procurement techniques to suit phased completions of areas. We also ensured services for co-ordinated relocation of over 2000 staff from other London locations.
