159-165 Camden High Street
BHA acted as project manager and employer’s agent on this project in Camden. The work included demolition of the existing buildings to create a new mixed-use building. The new building comprised ground floor and lower ground floor offices, and high-quality residential dwellings above. 14 units.
TfL, London Transport and Metropolitan Police approvals were required. The Northern Line, London Underground, runs directly underneath the site. The site is also accessed by footpath from Camden High Street, so permission was needed from the London Borough of Camden. We were pleased to deliver the project ahead of programme.
