British Dental Association
Description – BHA were part of a team to refurbish the British Dental Association’s headquarters in Marylebone. The project was carried out in phases whilst the building was in use. We oversaw the work, comprising museum, conference facilities, library, and office accommodation.
The project included preparation of a strategic property plan, negotiations of extended lease and licence to alter.
