Butler’s Wharf

Description – This project involved the refurbishment of 83 apartments in a Grade II riverside former warehouse building.

The project took place in five phases over two years. BHA was involved from inception to completion of Butler’s Wharf. Our role as quantity surveyors saw us giving procurement advice and financial control. Major value engineering exercises after pilot phase prompted by purchaser market.
