Central London Hotel

Description – This project involved the conversion of an existing mixed retail, entertainment and leisure facility to a 750-guestroom hotel aimed at independent travellers.

This involved the sensitive integration of a radically modern design within an existing landmark building. Using innovative, fast-track procurement methods, BHA responded to an evolving client brief. We also dealt with the emerging challenges of a complex and congested site in the very heart of London’s West-End.
