Parliament Hill Athletics Track
Description – This project saw the replacement of the running track, floodlighting and associated works.
The reconstruction of the running track required major works to renew the 8-lane 400m track ahead of specialist track re-surfacing including upgrades to the high jump fan and improved track drainage system.
Other works included upgraded LED floodlighting, events power and timing kit.
The goal was to create a world-class facility to meet the requirements for UK Athletics Accreditation, and a legacy facility for the communities of North London.
This project involved complex governance and approval protocols for our Client, The City of London Corporation.
