Hope House

Description – Construction of a new doctor’s surgery and children’s centre in Radstock. Hope House is a 7,900 sq. ft. facility including off site Section 278 highways works and extensive diversions of services.

The new build included a GP surgery and pharmacy to aid the local community. The building also includes a library, an area for children’s services, and a local café. The modern building helps the surgery to offer their full range of services. Additionally, they will be able to offer services that would have required patients to travel further for.

The project had split funding responsibilities. Some of the funding came under the ETTF (Estates and Technology Transformation Fund) programme.
