Independent Age HQ
Description – Independent Age are a national charity providing support for older people. We worked with the charity to relocate head offices into existing warehouse building following comprehensive refurbishment and promoting new ways of working. Together with the other contractors involved we were able to unlock value in the estate.
The relocation meant the charity had new office space for up to 100 people to use.
We faced a complicated planning strategy and neighbouring issues. Stakeholder engagement.

- Mixed mode ventilation system. The space is naturally ventilated via roof lights and through an underfloor mechanical ventilation system.
