Leominster Health Hub
Description – Burke Hunter Adams have been recently appointed as Quantity Surveyors on the Leominster Health Hub, in Leominster, Herefordshire. The project involves the construction of a new health centre and pharmacy on a brown field site behind the Dale Steel fabrications building.
The building is a two-story Breeam Excellent building, designed by Stride Treglown Architects and Project Managed by Osmond Tricks. Cambria and Hydrock are the other consultants involved. The project includes many energy-efficient features, such as air source heat pumps, MVHR units and photo voltaic panels.

Project Features:
- The project is expected to start in 2024 with completion in 2025. This is subject to the usual FBC sign-off from NHS England and the local commissioning body.
- The project Value is estimated to be in the region of £7m with extensive external works, SUDS systems and large swales being formed on the site.
