Parsons Green Prep School
Description – Burke Hunter Adams were quantity surveyors on this refurbishment of an early years classroom and creation of future arts classroom for Parsons Green Prep School. The project created two new classrooms within existing footprint of the building. Project storage space was challenging due to site constraints.
We worked with the team to provide safe supplies for an early–years school site. All finishes were sourced from carbon positive processes and utilised 100% hydpropower or geothermal energy throughout creation. They were all solvent free and help no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC).
We completed the project in a concentrated work period over the summer break. Delivering within programme and cost constraints.
